Cloudy and a nice 25 degrees but once again a steady head wind !
After about 10kms we entered Bois-Le-roi, the 'Kings forest' part of the vast Fontainebleau estate.
That's a lake with a sandy beach
They'd recently put in a new surface along with the first EV3 signs we'd seen in 100kms
This character has just ridden from Rome in 3 days to be at the finish of the Tour de France. He wanted me to pose with his club colours on for his Facebook page
Now we've turned off the Seine and are following the canal Loing south . This is the ancient walled town of Moret-sur-Loing.
These two are from Holland and rode with us for the last 15kms to Namours
These 3 girls from Finland were on their way to the Mediterranean via the Rhone. They plan to sail on to Barcelona( going through a lock)
Namour. We had a coffee with Ronald and Maria before they headed off again. ( we like to get in early so we can see the Tour de France on Tele)
