We want to make Guitres today. 61kms but mostly on the voie verte.
It started at the old station in Bernezieux and ran for 37kms to Clerac
The old stations were now comfortable houses
Although we've seen dozens of deer through France I've never been able to get up close enough for a photo
Corcoux. The Crepe Mertles have been brilliant all the way , especially as we get further south.
This family are from Brittany on their way to Spain. Mum sits up front, Dad in the middle steers, and on the trailer the little girl pedals as well. The dog, he's just along for the ride and sits up the back.
Guitre. Boy this is one basic hotel !
It's one redeeming factor is I can see this clever tractor driver unload himself from our window
